  • Our teen program helps students build strong Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals while developing confidence, athleticism, and problem-solving skills. Training is designed to challenge students at their level, whether they’re here to learn, compete, or become more confident on the mat.

  • Kids learn Jiu-Jitsu through a structured, engaging approach focused on fundamentals, movement, confidence, and problem-solving. Students learn how to train with others, work through challenges, and develop skills they can continue building as they grow.

  • Wrestling is open to teens ages 11 and up and all high school students, including older high school students. Our program develops wrestling fundamentals, movement, conditioning, and mat awareness for students looking to improve their wrestling, prepare for competition, or build skills that carry over into Jiu-Jitsu and other grappling.

  • An age-appropriate introduction to wrestling focused on movement, coordination, confidence, and fundamental skills. Classes give younger students a fun, structured environment to learn how to wrestle and become comfortable on the mat.
