Teen & High School Wrestling · Ages 11+ · All high school students welcome
Wrestling is open to teens ages 11 and up and all high school students, including older high school students. Our program develops wrestling fundamentals, movement, conditioning, and mat awareness for students looking to improve their wrestling, prepare for competition, or build skills that carry over into Jiu-Jitsu and other grappling.
